How long do your website design services take?

Most projects take 4–10 weeks from kickoff to launch. The biggest factor is content: sites move fastest when text and photos are ready early. I share a dated plan at the start, with review points for wireframes, design and the staging site, so you always know what’s next and when you’re needed.

Do your website development services include hosting?

I don’t resell hosting, so you stay in control. I’ll recommend a reliable host that suits WordPress and your budget, set up the account in your name, and handle the technical setup. If you already have hosting, I’ll check it can deliver the speed your site needs before we build on it.

What’s the difference between custom web design services and a template?

A template is a pre-made layout you fill in. Custom web design services start with your content, buyers and goals, then design pages to fit them. The result looks like your brand, carries less unused code, and is easier to optimize for search. You still get reusable blocks for building new pages yourself.

Is small business website design different from bigger projects?

The quality is the same. The scope is smaller and more focused. For small business website design I prioritize the pages that bring leads, keep the setup simple to manage, and avoid features you won’t use. The site is built so you can add pages and services as the business grows.

Will my new website rank on Google?

I build every site so it can rank: clean structure, fast pages, proper headings and schema, and Search Console from launch. No honest designer can promise a position, because rankings depend on competition and ongoing work. If you want active growth, my ongoing SEO plans take it from there.

Can I update the website myself?

Yes. Every site comes with an editor set up for your content, plus a recorded training session. Changing text, adding blog posts or creating a new service page from existing blocks takes minutes. If you’d rather not, a care plan covers updates, backups and small edits each month from $199.
